What technologies do you use?
At Bloominds, we use scientifically proven technologies combined with innovative wellness approaches. We use vibroacoustic resonance, bioresonance, molecular hydrogen and oxygen, Red Light beds, Space Tunnels, and Energy Cabins—each with a different purpose, from stimulating the vagus nerve to activating lucid dreaming. To extend the experience at home, we also rent out small technologies such as Vizr, Pulsetto, Cera, and Celler8. These technologies are designed to help you achieve deep calm, improve regeneration, recharge your energy, or help you sleep.
How long does one visit last?
The length of the visit depends on the program you have chosen, i.e., 20, 30, 45, 60, or 80 minutes.
Do I need to prepare in any special way for the visit?
No special preparation is necessary. Just be open to new experiences. We will take care of everything else.
Can Bloominds services be combined with other therapies?

You can make a reservation online using our simple form. If you need to change the date, just send us an email or give us a call, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
How many visits do I need to achieve optimal results?
The number of visits depends on your individual needs. Some clients experience significant change after just one visit, while others prefer regular care for long-term results.
I would like to borrow a product, but I am not from Prague.
We currently offer product rentals with the option of personal pickup only at our lounge located at: Na Perštýně 1, 110 00 Prague 1, in the Albatros building, Spaces entrance, 5th floor.
How can I pay back the loan?
If you pick up your order in person in Prague, you can pay for the rental in cash or by credit card at our store, or by bank transfer if you order the product through our e-shop. Payment must be credited to our account before we hand over the goods to you.
Can I choose the product in person at the store?
Yes. However, it is better to order the product in advance via our e-shop so that we have time to prepare it for you. Especially before weekends, due to the large number of customers, there is no space to select products at the store. Some of the products are also stored in an external warehouse and may not be immediately available. If you are unsure about which product to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
Is there a refundable deposit or advance payment required when borrowing a product? How much is it?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required to secure the product. It is always specified for each product. All rental terms and conditions can be found on our e-shop.
Is the product insured during the loan period?
No, unfortunately, we cannot insure the product while it is in the customer's possession. Therefore, we recommend that everyone take out liability insurance for damage caused to third-party and borrowed property (accidental damage insurance).
How can I return a product?
Please always return the product in person during the operating hours of the collection point.
